Fuzhou and Fujian Province, China

I spent 5 days in the province of Fujian in China touring the city of Fuzhou, Xiamen and the old Hakka villages. The small villages are noted for their round "apartments" that have been around for over centuries. These rounded domiciles were capable of defense while all the villagers were safety inside the village walls. Visited temples in Fuzhou as well as enjoying the "City of Umbrellas".
